Home Equity Installment Loans

- Up to 180-month repayment terms
- 1/4% discount on your interest rate with automatic payments from a Fox Chase Bank checking account
- Borrow up to 90% Loan To Value (LTV)*
- Minimum loan amount $5,000.00
- Property insurance required
- Example: On a Home Equity Loan for 60 months at 4.74% APR you would pay $18.75 for every $1,000 borrowed.
- *Approval of a Home Equity Loan is based on:
  - The equity you have in your home less any prior liens
  - Your ability to repay existing credit obligations plus the Home Equity Loan Monthly payment
  - Your credit history as established through a credit bureau report
Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Variable interest rate (Prime Rate + 0%) for the life of the line; maximum rate: 18% APR (Annual Percentage Rate)

New and Pre-Owned Auto Loans
- 72-month repayment terms on any new car
- 60-month repayment terms on any pre-owned car
- 1/4% discount on your interest rate with automatic payment from a Fox Chase Bank checking account
- Maximum amounts financed:
  - New — 90% of purchase price excluding tax, tags and warranties
  - Pre-owned — Average wholesale or trade-in value from Kelly Blue Book at www.kbb.com

- Example: On an auto loan for 60 months at 6.25% APR you would pay $19.45 for every $1,000 borrowed. A leasing company must be able to transfer title and collect sales tax. Terms on an auto/truck installment loans vary based on the model year of the vehicle.

We’ll simply advance funds from the line of credit, automatically, when your account balance falls below zero. Home Improvement Loans
- Complete a home improvement project based on the increased value of your home after the improvements are completed. With a Home Improvement Loan you can obtain funds to complete your home improvement project by providing us with written plans for the proposed improvements. We will then disburse funds during the course of improvements once we verify that the work is being done. The loan is usually short term and won’t exceed 6 months. It is paid on an interest-only basis for the principal outstanding. Once the work is completed, you can then take out a new home equity loan or do a full first mortgage refinance based on the new value.
Certificate of Deposit Loans
- Fixed interest rate and monthly payments
- Up to 60-month repayment terms
- Borrow up to 90% of your Fox Chase Bank Certificate of Deposit
- Minimum loan amount $3,500.00
- Example: on a Certificate of Deposit loan for 36 months at a rate of 5.25% APR you would pay $30.08 for every $1000.00 borrowed.
